Hi, i'm emily!
I'm so happy you're here! I'm based in Phoenix, Arizona with my husband, Landon, but my photography journey started in Ramstein-Miesenbach, Germany, where I first picked up a camera to document a once in a lifetime trip. Since then photography has been a large part of my life. It has allowed me to capture my own family through various seasons of family history, friends during life accomplishments, and strangers turned friends while in the midst of the most special events of their lives. When I’m not working, I enjoy going on adventures with my sweet husband, Landon, traveling with my crazy fun family, and watching every and any rom-com out there.
Romantic comedies are my love language. The Notebook, 13 going on 30, me before you, and 10 things I hate about you are my absolute favorites! My top 3 shows are the vampire diaries, one tree hill, and masters of the air. I will never turn down french fries but frozen grapes are the top tier snack ;)
Trust me, I know how much you want to hold on to every second.
I truly believe that photos allow you to freeze the feelings felt in that instance and allow you to relive them over and over- and that’s one of the things I’m most passionate about. I would love to do this for you!
Photography has given me a unique opportunity to see God’s grace in all the hidden details and joy of special moments. Emily is by far the best photographer I have worked with. I struggle with anxiety and talking to people, especially one-on-one, but Emily makes me feel so comfortable and just her company is so amazing. I'm also terrible at posing and am known to be very "stiff", and she adapts so well and finds poses that I feel comfortable in while also making me look flattering. If you're looking for a photographer who can capture your personality while also making you look and feel beautiful, she's your girl!
